Octoberfest Stew

Dog Fish 60 minute IPA, Savory Sauerkraut Cabbage, Smoked Sausage, Local Potatoes

 

Creamy Clam Chowder

Always a Maine Favorite

 

Both soups pair well with our St. Francis Cabernet. Full bodied wine pairs well with a fall stew and chowder


 Choice of Salad

Beets Salad

Farmers Rainbow Beet, Chevre Cheese, Caramelized Walnuts, Light Pumpkin and Citrus Vinaigrette, Micro Greens

 

Caesar Salad

Crisp Romaine, Parmesan Shavings, Creamy Caesar Dressing,Red Pepper Flakes, Parmesan Romano Crisp

 

Both salads pair well with our St. Supery Sauvignon Blanc as it’s a nice choice for a light wine to pair well with the citrus flavors in the salads


Choice of Entrée

 

Beer Marinated Petite Tenderloin of Beef

Rainbow Carrots, Fondue Potatoes, Peppercorn Red Wine Demi

-Meiomi Pinot Noir pairs well with tenderloin as it is a lighter wine and not too heavy to accompany the dish

 

Haddock and Onions

Broiled Haddock, Buttery Light Cream, White Wine, Seasonal Peas, Lobster Mash Potatoes

-Whispering Angel Rose is a perfect pairing with fish as its light and refreshing

 

Vegetable Stir Fry

Spring Vegetables, Bermuda Onions, Fresh Ginger, Asian Sauce, Basmati Rice

-Kendall Jackson Chardonnay is proven to be a favorite wine as it’s a bit heavier in body then other white wines and provides a nice balance to a vegetable dish

-Espresso Martini is a delicious sweet cocktail that nicely accompanies either of the dessert selections to end the meal
